American Flag

These tough, durable illuminating American Flags are
made of extra thick PVC material for all thirteen light
reflective sections, each section is roped together with 4
nylon ropes. By gapping each light reflector section, the
flag can be rolled up for easy storage and shipping! Also
if you put the Flags in your window they will not block
your view.

All electronic components are UL approved for all
weather use!

	First we pre stretch the Nylon ropes with 2 lb. weights to assure each light reflector to align accurately and evenly!
With the preset machines and tooling all reflectors are cut identically.
	Now comes the enjoyment of drilling over 270 holes. Instead of using cheap snap on clips, or any kind of production friendly materials, this method ensures…..
Crimping the light reflectors and accurately spacing them makes the Flags easy to role up and keeps the red & white colors separate so they wont look pink from a distance.
	Now comes the fun of threading the lights in the frame! Making sure the rope lights all face forward!
After putting the lights on with 85 wire ties comes the task of removing the ends.
	Rolling them up, and ready to ship!
Theses Flags are no small Flags! Each one weighs 15 Lb. and is water resistance! They are ideal for businesses and store fronts, and they will draw attention to your store.
